Talledega Nights, but it is a close one with Old School and Anchorman!
I really loved Stranger Than Fiction, but I think it's a totally different type of movie than the others...still comical, but different. That was a great movie though.
Anchorman and Talladega Nights are my top picks as far as his regular/comedy type movies.
