I actually heard Paula White say this earlier today:

"God wants you to be a millionaire."

Do these people have any idea how ridiculous they sound?
------------------------------------
Also, this picture bothers me a good bit. Any theories?

I don't have my millions yet, does that mean God doesn't love me?

No, Jeff. It means that you haven't positioned yourself for prosperity. It means that you've got to get your mind around the idea that you are an heir with the Prince of Glory. You think God wants you walking around all sad and broke? NO! I SAID NO!

You're broke, not because God doesn't love you, but because YOU don't love GOD.

hehe..oh wait, are you kidding?

I'm really mystified by the annually satisfied woman. Help me understand that please.

The Bible says money isn't bad. The love of money is bad. Money can be a huge blessing from God, but it shouldn't become you everything! God wants the best for u? Yes! Spiritually, Emotionally, Mentally, and yes... Financially!

My theory is that pride has no place in the kingdom of God. This poor woman is deceiving many people with a false gospel. The Apostle Paul said he wanted to know Christ and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings. Paul was made great because Jesus said (paraphrased), "He's chosen unto me. Let me show him how much he must suffer for my name." Prosperity preachers like Paula White (who looks seductive and lustful in this picture) don't want that so they aren't able to become humble like Christ. The end result is they can't share in His true glory either.

The Apostle Paul said in the Bible that he wanted to know Jesus by the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings. When God called Paul, He said (paraphrased), "He is chosen by Me. I will show him what things He must suffer for My sake." Prosperity preachers like Paula White don't want this. They look at trials as something to "speak" to so that they'll absolve. The end result is pride and looking seductive and lustful in a photograph and preaching heresy. She's got a big following because people like all that deceiving talk.
