my gut is to go w/ hulk, but i think it's instability would be his downfall
if you remember much about Hulk, you'll recall that he wasn't really fighting as much as destroy everything in a fit of madness
in addition, i don't think that Hulk could always control when he "stopped being" hulk...in a fight w/ the Thing, who's to say that Hulk wouldn't shrink back to normal right in the middle of the battle?
I think Hulk. After all, The Thing isn't invincible, and Hulk is bigger, faster and meaner. I think he's probably stronger too. And what are the chances he'll stop being Hulk when he's being pounded on by a rock man? My vote is for the Hulk.
