This record plugged me into them...
For some reason, I just haven't been impressed by Dave Grohl - but, I am going back to listen to their older stuff to see if I can appreciate it now.

Not on my radar. They're enjoyable when I hear them though.
My friend Carmi apparently has an extra ticket to a Foo Fighters concert. I feel like I've been bombarded with Foo Fighters today -- I guess I should check them out.
Never heard it. But I usually like everything you suggest.
Word! And respect for the Foos. My lifetime dream is coming true on the 6th of March and I get to see Dave Grohl in all his hairy musical glory. Since I live in NZ this opportunity doesn't come around that often. Still need to buy the new album, but I don't think it could be better than the Colour and the Shape. No way.

it's hard to believe that it's been about 10 years since i got my first foo fighters album. i love them. they are awesome!
well you know how i feel about the record.
i think its slowly narrowing away as their best record to date... (and yes, i do own all of them)
dave grohl is a genius.
