Kristen and I usually forget about this show until about three weeks in, but we fortunately caught the premiere tonight. Yes, this dude cusses like crazy and belittles everyone in the kitchen, but man, it's a great show.

Very tense show...lots of good editing to heighten the tension, that's for sure.
I agree I think this may be the worst cast yet. My vote is for either Eddie cause he's kinda interesting if you know what I mean or Julia cause she's a short order cook at the Waffle House. (I'm an underdog fan.)
It would be funny to see Aaron win because they could name the restaurant Asian Cowboy but I don't think he can hold it together through another week.
